About CL Bailey

Our story

The CL Bailey Co. was founded in 1999 in Marionville, Missouri by the father and son team, Charlie & Chuck Bailey. The very first table we engineered and built was the Addison Pool Table. As the company grew, we expanded our capacity with furniture finishing solid wood pool tables. A few years later, we established a separate company called The Level Best, to import and distribute billiard pool table accessory kits and game room furniture to their dealers across the country. Over the years, other seasoned veterans from the billiard industry joined the company and brought insight and experience to the team. Charlie and Chuck Bailey later retired, from the business, in 2012.

Over the past two decades, the core team continues to improve on their unique skills and bring the best customer service and the best value of quality products to our customers.

Our innovative “building within a building”  serves as our nerve center for administration, sales, customer service, training, shipping logistics, and marketing departments.

Customer Service

We place a high value on customer support before and after the sale.  If there is a problem, we work to provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize our customers’ needs at each step of the process.

Shipment Preparation

All of our outgoing shipments are thoroughly inspected, carefully packaged then securely banded and wrapped to the pallets for secure, over-the-road protection.

Ready to Roll

We take great pride in our shipping capabilities and efficiency. We utilize freight carriers who perform at the optimum level at the lowest possible cost.

Warehouse Capacity

Our 5-bay, 65,000 sq. ft., energy-efficient facility is organized for maximum storage efficiency. In addition to storage, it includes our offices, staging areas for inspections and shipping staging, billiard cloth prep and our own photography studio

Inventory Management

Systems are in place to monitor and optimize our current and projected inventory levels.

Attention to Detail

We have procedures in place to ensure that every shipment is accurately pulled and packed for shipment.

Quality Control

We inspect every component for cosmetic flaws and structural integrity before being repackaged for shipment.
